Ok. I don't know about you guys but I absolutely adored this book. It started off strong, it was fun, extremely sexy, romantic, cute, cheesy (yes, but I did happily overlook that), and extremely addicting. I loved the characters, I loved the story, and most of all I think I loved how much insights I got from having gone through their story from their perspectives.

I'm usually not a big fan of a messy angst. I hate it. But for this one? I was enjoying the hell out of it. IT WAS MESSY. So damn messy that I physically cringed just by imagining about it just now. Like how the hell did it all just go down that bad? I think it was well executed, the angst part. But here comes the criticism, I absolutely hated how easily Layla forgave them. What Zack and Luke did? I would be happier if she never forgave them at all. Least of all taking them back almost immediately like that. They didn't deserve her. I know they had their own shits and stuff but their actions were far from acceptable. They hurt her bad and Layla was way too damn kind. Josh was my favourite from the start. Which was surprising because I usually love and prefer a silver fox more than anything but that man just had a special place in my heart and I just...loved him. He was sweet and calm and I don't think I had a problem with him not confessing his feelings to Layla because his reason was super justifiable. I just enjoyed reading about him and I just adored how much he loved and respected Layla and how well he treated her the entire book. Zack was...ok, I guess? I don't think I forgive him for what he did and how he acted. But I understand him not knowing how to properly grieve and stuff. He was just this big ball of energy and he sure was packed with millions of nicknames which I found very cheesy. Luke was charming. I actually thought it would take him longer to finally give in. And him bossing around just...hm. I don't know. I normally have no problem with dominant book men but imo, I don't think his bossing part was really that well executed. It seemed very unnatural and awkward. But other than that, I liked that he was the adult among the three guys. The fact that he was a teacher sure became helpful. And tbf, a bit uncomfortable iykwim. And as for Layla, girlie, I would die for you. I just adored her so much and she had all my respect for putting up with everything that had ever happened to her. She was so strong, so damn likeable, funny, awkward, and just so good. And I miss her already.

Also, Thank you for not giving me any headache with a miscommunication fucking trope. But that might also be the reason why I enjoyed the angst so much. Lol.

The chemistry between the four leads were amazing. I adored them. And their relationship had me swooning so hard. I really think Contemporary reverse harem romance might really be the death of me because holy fuck that was hawt. I enjoyed the book so much that I didn't even notice any of its faults and I want it to remain that way because I don't want to think bad of a book that I finished in one night. And the ending was satisfying. The spice was..well, spicy. And it wasn't as repetitive and boring as I thought it would be. It was cute. Aight, onto the next one.

Um wow. This was not a bad book but not a great one. Lots of different tropes. Ending was quite weird and unexpected.

If all Why Choose romances are like this then I am going to get whiplash. Also, there was so much more smut than I was expecting.
