I have been with Harriet from the start and I absolutely love the series, despite being double the intended age of reader. Harriet is her usual geeky, list loving, fact spouting, loveable self and i always find myself learning things when i read her stories. Despite the unfortunate way Nick and Harriet parted in the last book there were still plenty of flashbacks to satisfy my Nick fix.

Having missed the first few weeks of sixth form, Harriet is trying to fit back in to her school but without Nat and distinctly missing a stalker. We follow her on the highs and lows of trying to make friends, experience adventure in Morocco for some modelling and are with her through her times of admiring heartbreak.

As usual Holly Smale had me laughing out loud at Harriet's awkward moments, misinterpretation of situations and general all round clumsiness. I fell in love with her a little bit more as she continued to show one of her best traits, always seeing the best in people, and trying to navigate the strange world of sixth form alone.

I really need the next book now, as without trying to give too much away, i was left wanting soo much more, despite the good ending to the book. Please tell me this will be out soon!!!!!

I really enjoyed this installment of Geek Girl and am glad I continued with the series after the disappointment of book 3. Harriet is growing up and she made some new mistakes this book instead of just repeating the old ones.  There are moments where the second hand embarrassment made it difficult to read, but ultimately, I love this girl and who she is as a person.  I also liked the way the author kept some characters that aren't present during this storyline in the book.  Can't wait to read the next one!

Hilariously funny and completely captivating from the get-go. On an school trip to Birmingham no less, Harriet is ‘spotted’ at the Clothes Show Live and inadvertently takes the job that her best friend Nat has craved for since she was a child. Harriet is drawn head first into the hectic and chaotic world of Fashion with her Agent Wilbur with a -bur not an -iam, Yuko Ito and the gorgeous male model Nick, better known as Lion Boy whom she first meets while hiding under a table. Harriet is unsure about being a model: for one, she’s a total klutz and doesn’t know a thing about fashion but, it offers her a different life, one that doesn’t include bullies and public humiliation…oh.
