I love any content Kelly puts out. Her way of eating is heavy on the science and research and light on the “diet” culture. Highly recommend this book for anyone looking to eat healthier and love your body.

This book is amazing and now a constant fixture on my kitchen table. Kelly’s approach to food is scientific without being intimidating, lifestyle changing without being focused on restriction, and ultimately simple. In the three weeks I’ve been using Kelly’s Fab 4 method I have strengthened my relationship with food and find I’m relying less on pure “willpower” to make it through a day eating healthy. (Not to mention I’ve shed a few pounds and eat WAY more veggies than ever before.) PLUS Kelly provides a ton of great recipes and realistic advice for things like takeout and vacation and travel. Can’t say enough how much I recommend Body Love Every Day.

Love this book. Everything is explained so well and synthesizes information I’ve learned elsewhere in a helpful way. The writing is accessible and most importantly, it is working for me.

I loved Kelly LeVeques first book and her smoothies are my go to breakfast as a result. This book had a lot of repetition from the first and while I don't subscribe to her entire philosophy it was a good refresher on healthy eating with some great new recipes

This is a very informative read on how to balance blood sugar. She breaks the science down very well. She gives very detailed information in an easy to understand way. She explains how to use food to properly fuel and nourish our body.

This book is amazing! I had a session with Kelly a few years back and LOVED her formulaic approach to eating. It is so easy to remember and she got me to drink my first fab 4 smoothie. I HATED powdered protein until she told me the exact one to buy! She actually took me to the market next door to our meeting place and helped me read labels with a fresh set of tools. She does the exact same in this book. She gives specific brands, recipes, and VERY practical ideas for every lifestyle. This book is THICK and full of ideas that you can implement right away. Plus, she is wildly smart and so likable! I am excited about her new podcast too!
