Harkaway destabilizes and rejuvenates the classic Chandlerian "detective on a hard case" with dystopian tech and godlike elites. Titanium Noir is reminiscent of Blade Runner and William Gibson but with the added ironic wit of Lethem's Motherless Brooklyn. A metallic K.O.!

I’m rounding a 4.5 up to 5 here. Such a fun detective novel with such a good ending. Really gratifying and such a good protagonist.
