This book took me longer to read than it should’ve, mostly because I was just so busy. Still, every time I did pick it up, I was captivated. I liked that this book, and really the whole series, makes you question seemingly innate distinctions like boys vs. girls, ugly vs. beautiful, and good vs. evil. I thought the relationships were unique and interesting, as were the characters. The characters you don’t want to like find places in your heart and the characters that seem easiest to love still have their flaws. There were some moments when I felt like the book was overly long, but overall very good read.

How can I just sum it up easily? I have a complicated relationship with this series. While I love all the epic showdowns, I am so upset that best friends put each other through all that BS!! But it's just so well written and it leads up to such a final scene that had me catching my breath. I want to see what will happen in the next ARC but I do hope it moves on from the testing of friendships.

Sophie dan Agatha disini diceritakan sudah memiliki kebahagiaannya masing masing (walau saya sangsi terhadap sophie yg ditinggalkan sendirian bcs she is my favorite character).
