This was a really enjoyable book. I loved the humor, as always, and the puzzles/pictures were really interesting too. My favorite part in this book was probably Cass. He's just so sweet and traumatized and I love him.

It was so cool to see him just get so furious at Marco and just being kind of pessimistic the whole time. Such an interesting way of dealing with his imminent death.

I wasn't a huge fan of how Marco was dealt with in this book.

I didn't really like his redemption arc. It felt too fast and the forgiveness felt undeserved.

Oh well. It was still a fun read.

Fast-moving, high stakes addition to the series that I could not put down. I'm excited to see how Lerangis wraps up such an incredible series in the next book.
