Exhaustive in its scope, Talbot intriguingly builds out the immoral, pulpy reality behind CIA treachery, before, during and after the “known” tenure of Dulles. Some of the JFK assassination evidence does seem to branch off into fanaticism(the RFK detour feels especially undeveloped), but overall a very strong account of a uniquely American evil.

Library hold had to be returned and couldn't be renewed, I may or may not get back to this book again.
