The Cotton Candy Massacre was a gore-fest; it made me feel physically sick. And I LOVED IT!
The only reason I could not give this five stars is that there was a bit of a lull when we entered Bonkin's Bonanza Big Blow Out; the story just felt like it was being dragged out with all the "deadly" carnival games.
Nonetheless, The Cotton Candy Massacre did not disappoint with its gore and violence. The writing style felt unique and original; it brought the characters and Bonkin's Bonanza to life, and I felt like I was inside the story living the events with the characters. Once I had finished The Cotton Candy Massacre, I felt empty inside, the sign of a good book!
P.S. Why did Clark, Cliff and Rocky have to die!? And why did Stacey not get saved from being a possessed clown!? Knowing what Rocky's future would have been made his death harder.
