I loved this book as a child, and I absolutely love it as an adult! It is such a fun read and holds up over time. It's a fun read for kids, and a nostalgic throwback for adults.

"Before it's too late, Harold the dog and Chester the cat must find out the truth about the newest pet in the Monroe household -- a suspicious-looking bunny with unusual habits...and fangs!" (From Amazon)
I have always loved horror and vampires even as a child.

I love reading Bunnicula around Halloween. This was one of my favorite books as a kid. I love the adorable vampire bunny, the mysterious white vegetables, the descent of Chester the cat, and the lovable voice of Harold the dog. It’s worth a reread if you are in the mood for something short and fun, with a lot of puns.

This was so fun! Such a creative plot, written in 1979.

A super cute tale told by a dog that has a silly cat and a possible vampy bunny on the loose. Good dialog and writing to keep middle level readers in suspense. Great story for those who love cute animal stories.

Really quick read. I read it aloud to my 8-year old son and he loved it. He thought it was hilarious. Fun book. Recommended for ages 6-10.
