Since this ebook has three different books in it, I’ll split this review into three different parts to make all of this make sense.

-----

Howl’s Moving Castle is one of my absolute favourite movies, and I knew the book would be even better. The characters of Howl and Sophie are exactly what I remember and love; Sophie being that headstrong girl who doesn’t care what others think and Howl being. Well. Howl. I love a tale with a bit of whimsy, romance, and magic, and this is definitely a story that I’ll go back to again and again when I want a fun, cute little read.

Castle in the Air is honestly the weakest book in the series for me. Abdullah is an extremely weak and quite boring protagonist, and the story doesn't actually start to get good until close to the end when we get some actually interesting characters. The soldier is alright, I guess, but… This entire one fell flat to me. It's cute enough, I guess, but as a followup to Howl's with its endearing characters and actually interesting plot it's just weak.

House of Many Ways was actually probably my second favourite! It had some funny moments, and Charmain was a fun protagonist, but there wasn't really anything that. Happened. It felt like there was buildup to something and then someone else just solved everything. Still not really sure how it was supposed to end, whether it was rushed or not, but it was at least funny and the characters were good.
