There is about as much plot in this as there are chips in a vending machine bag :/ The most interesting part of the book is the meet cute and from there it goes downhill fast because frankly, there is no real tension for our main characters. That is only confirmed when their weeks long crisis is resolved by someone stepping in to say “whoopsie you could’ve been together all along”. In the end the book is overwhelmingly sex scenes and they’re not noteworthy enough to make up for everything else. They out themselves in absurd positions and ultimately face no consequences.

I loved Tre and Imani. I felt the chemistry from the beginning and only feel more and more in love with the two of them while reading the story. I absolutely loved Tre. He was such a sweetheart, so attentive, and utterly obsessed with Imani. This book had me smiling and squealing because some of the moments were so cute, and I really connected with the characters and enjoyed how their relationship progressed.
