Read a non-superhero comic that debuted in the last three years.

I wish I could give this 10 stars. Fantastic story, and the art is amazing. They even have super on point discussion questions at the end about social and political oppression of women. LOVED IT.

It's hard to express how much I love this intersectional feminist as fuck comic book. Do yourself a favor and read this. The writing and the art are amazing and nuanced. Stay non-compliant, friends.

Intersectional feminism meets Black Mirror. Definitely looking forward to picking up the next volume.

Super gruesome and not easy to follow. I'm pretty sure this is a really good and really important comic but ugh, I don't think I have the stomach for it. Will recommend widely, but not read myself.

I read (and rated) these in individual formats, but goodreads kept throwing this volume in my face SO I'LL RATE THIS TOO I GUESS

Anyway, great comic. Great concepts. THE ESSAYS! Those are the hilights, but the whole package makes me so happy. I'll have to get a physical copy of this volume at some point (as I anxiously await more Bitch Planet)

So thanks dear MJ for guiding my comic-reading path
