I won this book in a giveaway and I was very excited to read it. However, it took me a long time to finish it. Overall, I think the plot was interesting and the characters were exciting. I would definitely read another of David's books because he is a very descriptive writer. I just found that some of the characters fell flat, they did not have a lot going on. I also felt that the person who turned out to be the murderer came out of nowhere and that it wrapped that part up a little too quickly. Some more buildup would have been helpful and made the book more engaging.
