Just good scifi
Not a fan of the Hulk however for this anthology for free and heard good things.
I have to admit this is probably the best comic anthology I have read. It was just good science fiction with the Hulk. Excellent.

One of the best Hulk storylines ever, and vastly superior in argument to his contemporary Civil War. Here you can find the real human inside the monster, and how it transforms while he is transformed by comraderie. A must for Marvel fans!

This was gritty and fun! Hulk betrayed, becoming a gladiator and fighting in a coliseum with this new crew of bugs and shadows. I loved his friend Miek's character arc. I was very entertained throughout. There's a part where Hulk frees an animal who looks like a T-Rex, and on the next page, he's riding it. RAD!

Hulk's shitty Earth friends ruin his happiness on the other planet, and the ship he came in on explodes, killing everyone except Hulk. So sad ending.sirthomasmalory's review

Pulp, ridiculous, and a ton of fun. "The Hulk but wearing gladiator gear" is one of the more inspired visual and storytelling brain-blasts anyone has had this century. Near the end it starts to drag-on - the gladiator fights and rise to fame are more fun than the war - but it's a forgivable amount and the conclusion is excellent.
