This was a fun, quick read! It takes place during Carol Danvers's time at the U.S. Air Force Academy and shows how she became such a great leader, protector, and, of course, symbol of female empowerment. The character growth and development was really on-point, and I felt like the characterization of Carol was very well done. I'm not sure if you would like this if you're not a Captain Marvel fan, but if you are, definitely give it a try!

This books is fairly quick to get through and felt a bit juvenile in the writing and the way it was told. But that being said, I had a fantastic time with it. Has a very nice story and Carol Danvers is amazing.

The audiobook is phenomenal, Characters voices like Thor,Black Panther, Rocket are identical to the movies.
Loved to listen what the characters thought. The only downside is that the action is describes for a few seconds and bum..the war in Wakanda finished for 2 mins.Would recommend the book/audiobook to every Marvel fan

This is a fun, quick read about Carol Danvers entry into the Air Force. I really liked her emotional development over the course of the book and the friendships are *chef's kiss*

Basically a young person's gender swap version of top gun without the romance. I appreciated the strong female characters and it was a slow but pleasant read.

Not bad, but kinda boring. I'm the wrong person for it since I have zero interest in day to day air force training, lol. But even I got some feels with the girl power and comraderie at the end.

Loved this.
Definitely a lower YA/middle grade read, but so empowering. Highly recommend if you loved Captain Marvel and need some more to hold you over until Endgame comes out! Also, a very quick read, easy to finish in one sitting.
