This was such an entertaining read! I am very excited for volume 2. The story is fun, fresh and quite the page turner. The style is beautiful as well, and the story is excellent! Highly recommend for anyone who's into graphic novels and fun quirky characters.

This is something I bought on a whim and because I am a huge Bryan Lee O'Malley fan. I did not have huge expectations but I was wrong. Not only is the artwork sublime, the story is super funny, interesting and tragically real. Don't get fooled by the character on a first glance.... This series has a lot of potential.

I had some issues with the text, but wow, the illustrations are so incredibly good. The colors are amazing. My eyes appreciated this.

Wow, this was definitely interesting. Firstly I absolutely adored the artwork and I really loved the main character. I am quite confused by the plot of the book, but I have finished the book desperate for more which is always a good sign. I would have liked for the book to make a few things a little clearer, but overall I really enjoyed it and I cannot wait to read the next one!!

This was fun and full of satire… not life altering, though. I did enjoy but got a lil bored close to the end; maybe this is one to reread when I’m feeling like a chunky series <3

I like the story and the story, but I wished they had explained a little bit more of what is happening. I haven’t really gotten a lot of information since the first paces.

This had been on my radar for a while. While I like Brian Lee O'Malley's previous works okay, I also had some problems with the whole man-child trope of Scott Pilgrim. I think that's why I had put off reading this for so long. The woman who works at one of my favorite comic book stores recommended this one to me, so I figured it was time I give it a try.
I liked it more than Scott Pilgrim. It's definitely pop-y and very apt for this time.
