Another fun novella from the author. Perhaps reading this in the middle of summer was not the smartest, as I am sure the cosines of a snowy maple farm would work better in four to six months.

Still, I really enjoyed the story of Josie and Max both trying to ignore their feelings for each other but thankfully finally confess. Very sweet.

The bonus epilogue (subscribe to the newsletter to read it) was the perfect ending to Josie and Max’ story!

For a novella, so much happened.
This was super cute and sweet and made me remember my own unrequited love for a bestie.
Max and Josie are adorable and made me wish this were longer.
With his Maple Syru[ farm, this could almost be a Christmas story.
