A beautiful, heart-hitting, and emotionally rich finale to this poignantly and lovingly penned Rose Canyon series. Corinne always knows how to touch the heart while capturing the mind- endearing and substantive characters, delectable suspense, emotional complexity, and heartfelt HEAs. This series has been one of my favorites of hers, and I'm sad to say goodbye to the Rose Canyon world, but what a pitch-perfect way to end the series.

Holden and Sophie's story ends such a good overarching plot. It is secret baby, romantic suspense, met in Vegas, small town.

Here we are at the end of our time in Rose Canyon and as eager as I was to see what Sophie and Holden’s story would bring, I was also sad to see the end. Corinne writes the most beautiful words that have you crying one minute and laughing the next. This book brought out all emotions to tell the most magnetic story. This was a special take on the secret baby/ second chance romance trope. Sophie and Holden met during one hot night in Vegas. Unfortunately, the heat ended where they never knew much about the other person. Sophie ends up pregnant and married to her best friend. Years later, her husband dies and sets her off on a crazy journey. Sophie is not given many clues and has to figure out what she is running from or who she is running to.
When Holden sees Sophie and his daughter for the first time, in that moment he changed his entire life. Be prepared to swoon over the way Holden falls in love with Sophie and her daughter Eden. These boys in Rose Canyon really know how to warm your heart with the way they love. It is heartwarming and beautiful. Holden is a doctor who goes from playboy to protective dad in an instant.
Holden & Sophie’s love story does not come easy. You won’t want to put this book down because you will be desperate to know what happens. There is suspense while Holden and Sophie try to put together all the pieces of the puzzles. And when they find themselves in even more danger, Holden & Sophie must stand by each other to make it through.
