Thank you to Anya J Cosgrove for allowing me to listen to a copy of this book. I already knew that I loved Cosgrove's writing style. However, this story had me hooked from the first chapter to the last. The ANGST within this book had me wanting more and more of the romance. The characters were written so well, and I am interested in each and every one of them. I cannot wait to continue this series.

This was a big disappointment. Did I enjoy certain parts? Sure. The big let down was how the story all came together. This is aupposed to be a bully reverse harem. Which I like. However this barely qualifies as a reverse harem in my opinion. There were kinda sorta 3 guys in the mix but one becomes her husband, the other is just his best friend who he allowed to join in only twice and the 3rd dates her in the first book and then seemingly ends up with her best friend by the end. Really there is only a real relationship between her and the one guy. I kept waiting for everyone to get together but I never really happens.

I love this series so much that I read this book twice and listened on adioable so I can reread the newest installment while waiting for the last book later this year (2023). While the main character I wanted to punch in the face a few times I know she gets much better through out the series.

Holy hell!!

What an awesome first book in this series!! I wish the next one was out now. It’s all kinds of hot and mysterious. Can’t wait to find out how this plays out with Cole and Jules.
