This was a funny, adorable read! I knew I was in love after only 10 pages and ended up finishing the book in an afternoon. Chloe, Cia, Jappy, Peter, her dad, and Auntie Queenie were all fun to read about. I enjoyed the antics and banter, along with the hilarious dialogue. Coyiuto did a great job with making every character feel fleshed out - no one felt like they were only happy or mean or grumpy. And the romance was well done - it felt very naturally developed, realistic, and very sweet. I'm so glad that I finally read this. 5 stars!

4.7 rounded up. Can't believe I cried over medyo-daddy issues. Loved the language switching. Didn't have to read the glossary at the end. The humor was giving aircon humor HAHAHAHA

HOPE TO READ MORE MANILA-CENTRIC YA/NA NOVELS THIS MADE ME SO HAPPY

Uhhmmm I think the book was good, given that it was written in a first person POV.

I think it's more of a me issue not giving it a 5... maybe coming of age is really not for me anymore or maybe because of the too cliche rom-com parts of the story... overall it's been a good read especially if you like some 'palate cleanser' or a short and easy read.

This book was everything I could want in a book. It was funny without trying too hard, the romance was so sweet, and it had lots of touching moments with family and friends. I loved each and every character and the journey Chloe took me on in this story.
