Stacy is quickly moving up the ranks in the NYC marketing world. All her hard work is paying off and she's living a life of success with a new promotion at her job and scoring a coveted invitation to a marketing conference that is a networker's dream. She's excited to visit her old stomping grounds - New Orleans. On her first night back, she meets up with Tennyson, an old friend with a past.

Ten has been living in his own success as an artist and gallery owner. Even though she doesn't know, Ten has been in love with Stacy even while she's been absent for years. He commits his feelings on the canvas, trying to recreate the moment when she never looked more beautiful to him.

Even though their love for each other hasn't dimmed, they both live two very different lives in two very different cities. Can they make this work?

This is a pleasant little novella that's good for a Saturday read.

The story stumbles along at first, especially in the first chapter. There are large amounts of time that was skipped over and it makes the flow a bit jerky, but after the story is introduced, it seems to pace well.

I wish we had more developed characters, we don't know much about their lives, except for their careers and their history with each other. Nothing about family, backgrounds, etc.

Overall, it's a cute little love story.
