A lovely adaptation of the classic. The voice acting is excellent and the sound effects definitely add to the feeling. The singing as well, especially with the elven parts.
The only thing I personally couldn't get over was Aragorn's voice acting, but that's due to personal loyalty to Viggo Mortensen's characterization, haha. It was a bit too harsh for me. But otherwise an excellent read/hear(?)

The writing style can linger a bit too long on scenic scenes for my taste. This definitely messes with the pacing for me. However, the story itself is entertaining and there’s a reason the series has stood the test of time.
