I read omnibus 3 and 4 close together, so I'm combining their reviews! I continue to love this adorable manga about friendship, overcoming adversity, fashion, otakus, passion, and preventing historic districts from being replaced with high end businesses. As much as I love this charming series and all of its characters, I do feel a little icky about some aspects of it, which is why this series doesn't get a 5⭐️ from me even though it's one of my favorites! There's a presence of pressing beauty standards on girls who don't want it, whisperings of unaddressed transohobia, old men oggling (mostly) young women's bodies, not respecting body autonomy, and a few other cringy things you frequently find in anime and manga. There's also a brief racist moment in one volume where a character yells around an office to know if there is anyone around who speaks fluent Japanese when talking to a man from India. Asside from these cringe-worthy elements, I highly recommend this cute series and adore the fluffy art style.

📘The Gist 📘: a shy jellyfish nerd meets a beautiful, fashionable womanwho helps her with a jellyfish problem. It turns out that this woman is actually the son of a government official, and he loves dresses and women's fashion. When a redevelopment plan threatens the jellyfish nerd's home, they put their heads together to come up with a creative solution!
