5 short stories by the Queen of Crime, featuring the legends that are Poirot and Marple. I honestly don’t think anyone has ever created better characters than these two.
I have been bed bound with a virus the past few days and these shorts were just enough to keep me going through my awake periods.

This was a short Poirot tale. I appreciate it for what it was a 50-odd page story set over the course of an evening into the following morning. It didn’t have the same feel as a longer novel but was still enjoyable. I still find Hercule Poirot one of the favorite detectives.. I think moreso than even Miss Marple. A lovely little mystery that can easily be read and enjoyed all in one day.

The TBR pile had so many exciting things on it! and now I can say I have read some Agatha Christie, I think I prefer more modern stories, which have been influenced by Christie. It was a bit of fun for a few days, picked up cheaply at a book fair.
