Such an amazing book that I think anyone should read. I love how insightful the narrator is and how she goes over so many topics related to women's liberation, such as incarceration, healthcare, politics, wages, and so much more. God, I just love it and wanted to keep listening to it as much as I could.
This book is very impactful to my life and I am feeling more comfortable using the word anger and expressing myself because I am a person, not just a woman.

An incredible feat of empirical and academic data collection mixed with emotive personal experience. Also a masterclass in how to bring an inclusive and intersectional approach to an issue this big.

Rage Becomes Her describes how women have been socially suppressed via their emotions, not being allowed to express anger. The book mainly focuses on events from the 2010s, so it is a little outdated, but in the grand scheme of things, it is still relevant. I think this book would be great for radicalizing someone's mother, but is not very productive for a gender studies major.
