Loved this book...readers need to keep an open mind and absorb the messages.

Yes, it was a little corny, but I couldn't put it down once I picked it up, and it has some very worthwhile life lessons. I strongly identified with the main character and the problems she had in relationships. The commandments "Joe" set out for her were things I also need to work on.

God on a Harley with a mullet was strange at best. I'm not going for the whole I just wasn't very experienced as God when I gave the Ten Commandments thought, BUT I do agree with the loving but firm nature of God. AND the main character, Christine's journey to self awareness and fulfillment were totally worth reading the book for. Besides it is quick.

It was not a big deal, not very interesting, and the storyline was...too boring.

Written 3/2000: A look at a single woman questioning her belief in a God who has left her alone. A different was to look at God.
