My first dark romance. I wasn’t sure what to expect honestly. I appreciated that there was actually a decent plot to the book and it wasn’t all just smut, but clearly this type of relationship is toxic and not at all “ideal,” but then again, that’s what readers expect in a dark romance. A LOT of it felt like SA, even if her “body betrays her”. No means no. Quite dark and twisty for my usual taste but the ending left me needing to know what happens so I will still read the next one.

Holy shit was that a rollercoaster… was not expecting there to be a cliffhanger. Very well , I like her writing style. The gun scene honestly was a lot better than I thought it would have been. Cried a few times.

I loved this book it was my second dark romance and I think I have fell in love the the genre so dark but thrilling and the spice is 5* the detail and the hunger from the characters I love the plot and how I can become to like the characters you really shouldn’t. I can’t believe I enjoyed it I wasn’t sure at the start but I was addicted and couldn’t put it down. Zade is my book boyfriend. And I just loved Adeline and how it links with satans affair 5 star read.
