More love, loss, and heartbreak in this book. I'm not lying when I say I was crying at work while listening to this book.

This story will break you entire heart. I hurt for so many in this one. Jackson and Catherine continue to fight so many battles in their life from past, present, and future decisions. Oh man was it a lot to unpack. We also get so much more insight into why Jackson is well Jackson.

I also loved the friendships in this book. Taylor, Ashton, Mark, and Natalie were such great characters to have a glimpse at in this one.

The epilogue had me smiling from ear to ear. I could not help but laugh at how cute and funny it was.

I have to admit, I so not remember much of Catherine and Jackson's story from Beloved. So when I picked up Beholden, I am not sure what I feel.
Yes, Miss Michaels done a good job with cheesy and sweet writing on Beholden. But I need something more.

Maybe my taste has been changed over the years. Overall the story is OK. A bit too cheesy.

I wanted it to end so badly. It feels slow and he wants to be the victim every time. I liked the epilogue

again with the shifty comment

This book was okay but like one gay man in who is literally a stereotype and then talking about how they can flip him to straight. Honestly no I’m out. I will not be reading any more of these books.
