I thought I couldn’t love a book more than Where The Forest Meets The Stars but I think I love this book even more!
Every sentence is so beautifully written and the backdrop of nature, forests, birds and just all of it is so perfect!

I didn’t want to finish this book because I knew it would be the best book I’ll read this year, the same as Where The Forest was my favourite book I read last year.

It just makes you feel good reading this book. It’s sad, it’s powerful, it’s full of love and I already want to read it again!

This is the second of this authors books that I have read and I really did enjoy this book. Glendy’s writing style is so descriptive and it is apparent that she has extensive interest and knowledge in nature, as do I, which made it feel easy to connect with this book. I do feel that this one bordered more heavily on “things that could never happen” which made it feel a bit more fantasy and I connected a bit less than her other, Where the Forest Meets the Stars. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the read and will likely read more of her novels!

I enjoyed the story. It was a bit tedious changing characters and timeline but came together in the end.
