Another fantastic book of Meghan's! I freaking love this trilogy so much. I just melt into a puddle everytime something of Rochelle and Beau's love come together. It's so well-written and emotional. This was an intense final installment of the trilogy. I did not see it coming, again, so well-written and fun. I am always simultaneously surprised and not surprised at the depth, reality, and rawness that the characters have woven into them. It's like the characters are real. It's like they move along the story rather than the story having them inside of it. That's the mark of a true, great book. Another mark of a truly great book is when you finish it, you hug it. The book is like saying goodbye for now to a good friend. I love this book so much and look forward to all future work.

I like this broader series, but the Oracle books aren't actually my faves. I just can't skip them because otherwise I'll feel like I've missed important things. Now I can finally start the reconstructionist book! I think the vampire is in those ones!!! :D

Anyway, despite my misgivings (?) about this main character and her relationship with her tiger (why does he stay anyway? I don't really get them) this book did introduce some interesting powerful characters and made a bit of headway on some existing characters. I would have liked to have seen more of the shifters. Also, I am hoping someday to find out more about Desmond. Loved the Deathlayer chickens!

This was a great ending to Rochelle's and Beau's story. Loved how they finally got their HEA. Really like the author's way of combining the different series. Looking forward to the next one.
