Quizás sea porque he leído tantas cosas gore y de horror extremo que éste me pareció tranqui en comparación. Lo que sí no me vi venir el tremendo plot twist y eso tengo que reconocerselo.

This was an odd story. It was interesting how the pieces fit together in the end. There were some very cringy moments.

at no point in this book i knew where this was going and i literally had little to no idea that it would lead to THAT ending. i thought I was going to get nightmares from this but maybe all these years of reading and watching true crime and AHS made me numb to this (except the last chapter, that was brutally insane) but overall i really had just curiosity to see where this was going, and this book REALLY delivered.

I read this book based off of tik tok horror recommendations that make you tap out. This was not that bad. I have read far worse. That being said, it is very fucked up but weirdly… in a sweet way? Or maybe I’m fucked up, who knows. I saw the twist coming a mile away but this story is well written, short and to the point, and the ending was sort of… happy?
