Felt a bit rambling but had some solid points in there.

This book was good. I'm not sure it'll help me any (I'm naturally fairly quiet and shy) but it was worth the read. Maybe I'll get the opportunity to give some of the tips a try. I'd like to see how I can get them to work for me.

Really liked most of it until they got into a weird rant about conversational scripts and fast food at the end

This book is good, but not for me because I’m stupid!
I rarely read self development/ self help books, but this year I decided to read more of them.
I’m trying to focus on simpler books from that genre, something not in much details, and with lots of point or short sentences.
If you are familiar with this genre, you’ll definitely like this book, otherwise you might find it too much like me.
I wouldn’t recommend it for a non frequent reader of this genre, but I’ll I’ll try to read maybe in a year or two when I’m fully mentally ready, if I have time of course.
