Would I prefer to see a book written from pov of another of the new tribes over another IceWing centric one? Yes. But I loved Snowfall and all the growth she gets. She goes from being so paranoid and anxious she sees everyone as being there just to undermine her and take her throne. She then finds a ring - a gift of vision which lets her understand the others and she ends up destroying a lot of old traditions the tribe had like the Cliff and the wall.

She is a good protagonist and it was nice seeing the new tribes from the old tribes's perspective.

Another great episode in the Wings of Fire saga. There were some very interesting reveals! I look forward to the next book. For grades 3 & up. Must read series in order.

I loved this book. There's so much to say about what I liked, but I can't because I'm too eager to read the next one.

The best book in the series by far, even though I almost didn't want to read it to the kids because the main character was so annoying... I knew this had to happen for her journey and transformation, but she was almost too much for me to handle. However, the plot twists and revelations in this story were completely unexpected and satisfying. Redeemed the entire Pantala books for me.
