This is a book I will get every one of my children (once I have them of course) and children I have in my life. This book is perfect. It has everything you could ever need a child, want to know how to play certain games? This is the book for you. Want to know who in history would be a kick ass lady to look up to? This is the book for you. Want to know more about certain cultures? This is the book for you. Want to know how to know anything? This is the book for you!

I really loved it, and can't wait to share it with the kids in my life! :)

This book is at the top of my list for gift-giving. It is filled with things to read and do on a dull Sunday afternoon or a rainy summer day. You should have this book handy for your daughters on those days when you have declared all the screens (computer, TV, video game) off-limits.

Aaaah, so nostalgic! I remember I read this book so many times and tried almost every activity in it. I still remember it very fondly

REALLY cool book!!!! Has everything from the history of girl spies and pirates to how to manage stocks and bonds! It has no theme, but it is like hidden treasure, you never know what you'll find!

This book was so much fun.  I listened to the audiobook and was thoroughly entertained.  I learned a lot, and hope to actually get a copy of this book so I can do a deeper dive into the lies of some of the women I learned about in this book.

Not the most interesting thing to read when you're way out of the age range for which it was intended, but I might give this to my cousin when she gets a little older. Plus, there were a few instances where you could obviously tell the author was trying to empower girls to take over leadership positions and the like, as seen in chapters like "How To Negotiate" and "Parliamentary Rules For Clubs And Organizations" plus there were little bios of female rulers of the ancient world, and it was like, YES. Younger girls should read this.
