The pace of Vol 2 is very well-done following Vol 1. I still have the same annoyance with the dialogue but it wasn't quite as bad this time. I especially loved the subtle Trump-mockery. Fantastic. Will definitely continue to Vol 3.

Scooby Doo + the apocalypse?
This series was clearly made for me.

Nope

The story makes absolutely no progress from the last TPB, with retreads of personality conflicts, etc, and no story development at all.

I'm out

With the characterizations more interesting and the action more exciting, this second collected volume of this gory reimagining of Scooby-Doo is an improvement over the first.

This is a dark twist on our lovable gang of meddling kids. Even though their backstories are different, the personalities of the characters are true to their roots. If you love Scooby and the gang definitely give this a read.

Wouldn't recommend to younger readers, it gets graphic!

The story is growing and I see where it will probably end up. I’m curious enough to keep reading future volumes.

The apocalypse comes and it's Velma's fault. The world goes all I Am Legend and only the Scooby Gang seems prepared to fight it. The villains are almost entirely one-note and then Scrappy (monstrous sociopathic super-soldier in this tale) has a moment of self awareness and pathos that both surprised me and haunted me. I hope he did the right thing. I doubt he did.

Whole lot of potential.
