It was a fine school literacy.

meh. I know it's a German classic, but I just couldn't enjoy it. I feel like the casual racism was brushed over in the edited edition, even though so many other things were talked about. Overall not the worst school book I've ever read, but not the best by far.

very strange and hard to understand, the scenes being out of context was confusing and people kept randomly bursting into song, but at least the dialogue was pretty funny.
