I must say I enjoyed reading this last book compare to first two books.

I love the ending.
But all in all I still prefer GREEK than EGYPTIAN. Demigods than magicians. Seriously. haha

I miss Percy and Annabeth. So next book would be Demigods and Magicians. :)

An enjoyable read that also ties up the romance questions some readers might be interested in. I agree with the other reviewers in that I thought that this series would have more books, as it seems like there might still be much more to tell. The series did not get as dark as I anticipated, and I sense the possibility for another series that is more mature similar to Rick Riordan's Heroes of Olympus books that were a follow-up to the original Percy Jackson books. The cryptic comment at the end of the novel about the rise of rival gods seems like Disney Hyperion is clearly leaving things open for a crossover book series with the characters of Rick Riordan's Kane Chronicles and Percy Jackson universes.

After the Throne of Fire, i couldn't resist the urge to read this one, but i never thought that i would end up reading it to till the end the same day. It's solid, on point, breath taking at some points. All i can say is that i am really glad i read this series and at the same time i am sad that it ends with this one.

ive always said that rick riordans books are brilliant and funny and gripping but what really makes them stand out to me is the characters and these books were no different - it’s always hard to say goodbye when it’s over :) i’ll miss this cast as much as any of rick riordans other characters
