The book centres on Autumn and Finn through their schooling years, which gives a YA genre feel, but without the writing style to match.
The book will have you laughing, longing and crying. It’s worth the read if you enjoy a romance.
*Spoiler*
I do feel the ending was rushed and had we of had more time getting to know Autumn and Finn within a romantic relationship together the ending would have had a greater emotional pull.
Moderate: Mental illness, Sexual content, Toxic relationship, and Suicide attempt
Minor: Death, Eating disorder, Infidelity, Miscarriage, and Car accident

THE END
OMG
HOW COULD YOU LEAVE US LIKE THAT!?!?!?!?!?!
My heart ACHES for Autumn and Finn
This book is the embodiment of seven by taylor swift
but sadder
the flashbacks were heart wrenching
oh, autumn
the end did not break me but my heart aches for what could've been, would've been, what should've been you
i found the friend group so annoying. i despise jamie with all my heart and soul. autumn was so stupid and shoulda taken initiative. i am proud of her for establishing boundaries with jamie though. autumn and finn are too cute, but my heart aches for them.
i devoured this book, i found myself reading for *fun* which i haven't done in years. the writing was easy to read, the story sucked me in and had me having some big feelings. good job laura nowlin

- What a rollercoaster of a book...wow
- I knew what happened before it happened but the author knew what she was doing distracting me like that
- I still managed a gasp at the end so...
- I wish their so called love story was better thought out. I spent more time being mad at Jamie than thinking Finny was the right one for her
- I really hate how authentic it was
- Very vague ending
- I like how complicated she is and how the ending doesn't resolve it because it in real life most people die being complicated
- To me, it wasn't really a love story
- The plot was so plotty and by that I mean no sense of direction at all but I think it was intentional
- I didn't like any of the characters. I sympathized with them but I liked none of them
- For some weird reason I think that 'plot twist ' was meant to keep us from regarding the book as a whole
- Didn't work for me
Graphic: Suicide attempt
Minor: Sexual content
