The first chapter started off strong but then it kind of got dull as it went on, which is a shame because I really loved the premise. I wish it leaned more into Takabe being completely oblivious whilst still being somewhat protective and flirty over Soramori. I also kind of wish there was more comedic based on the two leads being former delinquents and them getting into comedic fights.

It was cute. Not much else to say about it. I'll read the next one and see if I like where the series is going but if I don't then there's not much saving it.

The characters and writing just fell flat for me. I really wanted to like this and I thought there would be more humor and shenanigans but it's pretty mundane.
