More intense than the first, certainly. However I like the first one better but this is an interesting adventure.

Spoiler Alice goes through the looking- glass in her living room and discovers the room and encounter various characters who help her reach the Eighth Square to become Queen.

“We’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.”

I was so confused all the time. The book is written for children but I don’t understand how this is something a child could understand. I don’t think it was a waste to read this book. It was quite interesting. But I like the live action movie more than the book.
