After beginning the series with Diamond Ring, the third installment that I loved, I went in to this story with moderated expectations. Yet I loved it as much as Diamond Ring. My only complaints are that we have only Zach's POV, and "then" timeline is a bit too heavy, otherwise it's perfection that will break your heart and heal it afterwards. 4.5/5

you know what. love ISNT dead and this was very cute. the reviews are true if you don't like baseball, you won't like this. but i love baseball so it works. why are you reading baseball romance if you don't like baseball anyways.
i felt like the ending of this book dragged on for a while but i also kind of liked that cause it had me going a lil misty eyed at times...it was sweet.
