I really enjoyed Damon and Bruno's stories, so was looking forward to Brad's turn, however I was a little...bored.

It wasnt badly written or anything wrong with it, but I just didnt love it.

Brad and Stacie knew each other previously, so there wasnt a big up between them, which I enjoy. We had seen Brad develop over previous books with his mental and physical health.

There was more of a focus on Stacey's situation and character progression. The storyline with her mother was unexpected and added a good twist.

Stacey's reluctance to trust men was understandable given her history and gave credit to the time it took for her and Brad to find their HEA.
