The second in a trilogy, but the first that I’ve read which might take some of the dramatic get out of the piece, it is a play that demands compassion from the audience, but falls just super off extracting it.

Even when being at the low time of life, people can still take care of others.  By helping others, they are helping themself

Very good play! Love the separate ways it chooses to tackle different issues and the dual scenes make for a great mental image. This would be unbelievable live. Least cringy way to depict characters talking online.

This was a great play! I really want to read the first and third parts of this collection. It seems strange to only read the middle segment, but it was actually quite satisfying and digestible on its own. We see such flawed characters, but they're all surviving. It shows how much people need each other and how quickly things fall apart when that need isn't met. In that event, the characters turn to other things, like the internet, drugs, and hurting others. Obviously some of those things are worse than others. but the bottom line is that these characters were all very real. And hurting. And some end up okay and some don't. But they all keep pushing.

Very interesting play to analyse. Also a great and touching story. Also, as faR as i can tell, accurate representation of addiction.

Deals with drug addiction from the POV of several characters who are trying to recover. Makes for an easy read, and is written well enough for one to imagine how it would play out on a stage. The style of the storytelling did not make me relate to the characters or their struggles beyond at a superficial level.

Read it

This play was a very good read! I haven’t read the first play in the trilogy but I don’t believe it’s necessary to understand this one. I am going to read the others now too. Seriously read this play.
