Good book that despite a slow start was an enjoyable read. Wish there were less plot holes and a more definite ending but still found it interesting. Although I wish there was a bit more graphic gore as it slightly ruined the horror element with toned down violence.
just wish the deaths of characters in the caves were represented better by the reactions of others. While the plot isn’t exactly realistic, the blasé attitude of the others when Marla and Abbie died seemed inappropriate in response to such traumatic events.

Okay so I wasn't really 100% sold on this when I started reading it but I was HOOKED after just a few chapters, I honestly really adored both Lex and Python and was stressing about their fate the entire book. Tense, kinda scary and spooky but also funny with unique characters! The only thing stopping me from rating it 5 stars is that its very cheesy but in the best way.
