Provides a fascinating peek into the everyday life of imperial citizens while telling a very compelling love story between two characters pulled apart by their moral compasses. Thought provoking at times; often very angsty, but in a way that never felt immature or unnecessary.
Moderate: Death, Racism, and Sexual content
Minor: Slavery

It's very YA and gets repetitive at times, but it picked up around the halfway point had some good angst. Overall a fun, relatively short read that is also accessible for readers who are new to the Star Wars universe. It did a really good job of showing the characters becoming indoctrinated and then gradually breaking away from the propaganda, in a way that was both compelling and understandable
Graphic: Grief
Moderate: Death, Suicidal thoughts, Suicide attempt, and War
Minor: Domestic abuse and Racism
Nothing graphic, but it does deal heavily with war, and suicide is brought up several times
