I didn't like this one as much as the other wallflower books, and mainly I think it was because of Matthew's secret that persisted through 80% of the book. Otherwise I thought they were very cute together, it just could have been a teeny bit shorter.

I don’t have much to say about this book. It was an okay read. There was nothing inherently bad about it but there was nothing really exciting or memorable either.
However I still liked it better than book 3 ([b:Devil in Winter|114166|Devil in Winter (Wallflowers, #3)|Lisa Kleypas|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1309220205l/114166._SY75_.jpg|1823830]) in this series.

i liked this one more than i thought. it might be my fave in the series actually? i think mostly due to daisy and matthew being so loveable. this one is definitely the most light hearted of the bunch and probably the least dramatic ending (which is saying something).

Finally a Kleypas book that I actually kind of enjoyed! It seems like patience and being stubborn sometimes pays off.
Overall, an okay book where I had few real issues with anything. I liked Daisy and Matthew well enough. I'm still not that happy about the sex scenes seeing as there are some inaccuracies that I really could do without when reading.
Amazingly the Danish translation was a tiny bit better than I remember it being in the previous books. But there are still problems with translating word litterally instead of thinking of the context.
