I loved this book. This author’s writing is so moving. I liked the characters and the plot and how everything was connected. This is a great story that I intend to revisit some day.
p.s. Eddie and marguerite’s love was enchanting

I don’t know how to rate this book. The ending is very well done and emotional. What the author was trying to say with the book is intriguing and meaningful, but excluding the ending, I don’t think he pulled it off. Especially the lesson with the 3rd person. I do not feel that the text showcases what the author was trying to convey.

i am so glad i finally read this book. it has been on my TBR since i read Tuesdays with Morrie, and it was just as inspiring and provoking. it made me do a lot of reflecting on my own life, and challenged me to think about how i could do better, how i could forgive others, and just how i want to live my life overall. sometimes, we just aren't supposed to understand our purpose, and that's okay. this book taught me a lot about being a human, and i loved every second of it.
