I really liked this book! The story held my attention the whole time. It was sweet, sad and frustrating at the same time. Not a bad thing by any means. It kept me hooked. They didn't seem like they would fit together as well as they did at first. Their relationship just WORKS. They were both terrified to fall in love, and rightly so. Completely valid. I loved watching Francine start to become her own person and standing up for herself! I'm dying to know what the stories are behind some of the other characters!! I can't wait for the rest of this story to unfold!

SO MUCH TO UNPACK. This story literally had some much going on the whole way through. It was quick paced, and Finn and his Daddy kink honestly made the whole book for me. Zepphora has a way of writing smut that just makes your panties melt.

This book was intriguing. I couldn't put this book down. This book was a bit different and was the perfect read and I can't wait for the next book.

This entire book had me by the throat from page one! I loved the character development of our FMC and the chaotic bond between her and Daddy Finn. I love a good "finding yourself" storyline that is not dependent on a girl finding a man, but more a girl finding her own voice and dealing with her past trauma. Check your triggers with this one, but overall an amazing spicy story that I could not put down.

I really tried to get into this. It had a lot of potential. The bare bones were there for an interesting story but the writing is really rough around the edges. I don’t even mean grammar or typos it’s just not good. The story is too simple is some respects and needlessly complicated in others. Manufactured angst to cover the stumbles in poor storytelling choices.
