I liked this book and it really gave me an insight of the Grishaverse world building.

Ich hab jetzt 2,5Jahre gebraucht um das Buch zu lesen. Man könnte fast sagen, ich mag keine Märchen

Absolutely amazing. Bardugo has taken inspiration from classic stories and woven them into the Grishaverse. I found each story grow more sinister as I progressed with some themes being incredibly dark.
If you're a fan of classic fairy tales then you'll certainly enjoy The Language if Thorns. Its also a stunning book to add to your collection with a beautiful embossed hard cover and illustrations on almost every page.

I wasn't expecting to like this like I did. The stories were quaint and unique and sometimes quite horrid, but in a Grimms' fairytales kinda way. I also appreciated that there were stories from across the Grishaverse.
