Loved this book so much! Read most of it in one day as I couldn’t put it down...... it’s a really interesting and easy read and very like the man himself entertaining...... Elton is brutally honest about himself and this book is full of wonderful and often heartbreaking stories about his life and the characters he has met in the music business and other walks of life.....his relationship with his father made me sad as I could recognise my own relationship with my Father totally..... but I’m glad I have a nicer Mother! Gosh what was that woman’s problem? So glad he finally found happiness:)

The chapters felt a little long but I loved learning about Elton’s life (which is v different to Rocketman). I found myself YouTubing some of the stuff he spoke about just to see it and I’ve found myself telling people random facts from the book and reading parts aloud to my boyfriend cos I just couldn’t believe it happened

A great autobiography.
Very easy to listen to and follow.
Great audiobook.
A little bit of everything. As many people know Elton has definitely had an interesting life and he didn't hold back. He was very honest in the book which I really appreciated.
4 stars only because there are a few I've read recently that I've enjoyed more.
